Important information

We reserve the right to cancel a maximum of 2 sessions within a month without effecting monthly subscriptions - members will be notified via our app, social media or direct contact. All sessions will begin on time and we reserve the right to refuse entry after 15 minutes past the start time. We reserve the right to refuse entry and to remove a member due to misconduct.

All members must adhere to Top Tier Muay Thai/I'mPossible State of Mind's code of conduct, rules and regulations. No foul language, no outdoor shoes on the mat, respect the space, equipment and each other at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult to the toilet. When using communal equipment, surgical gloves must be worn - I'mPossible State of Mind will provide when necessary. Members must arrive dressed in training attire and respectful of others - we are here to train not to walk a fashion run way. Tops must be worn at all times unless permitted otherwise. There are no changing rooms onsite. Permission must be asked before any equipment is left onsite and Top Tier Muay Thai/I'mPossible State of Mind will not be responsible for any items. Lost property will be kept for 1 week only, then disposed of.

All members must be aware that CCTV will be operating at all times.

Failure to adhere to Top Tier Muay Thai/I'mPossible State of Mind's code of conduct, rules and regulations will result in a verbal warning, written warning or banning.
